PK-MOE-526145-GO-RFB Loan No.: 9318-PK (P170230) The Government of Pakistan has received financing from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) for the implementation of Ministry of energy Power (Division)/ Procurement of IT Infrastructure for PPMC and intends to support a contract that may be awarded as per criteria mentioned in bidding documents.

We invite sealed bids from eligible bidders for the “ Procurement of IT Infrastructure for PPMC ”. The procurement shall be carried out through single stage one envelope procedure.

Equipment/ Services LOT 1 Networking (IT Infrastructure & Computing) LOT 2 Data Center Facility Improvement and Smart Screens LOT 3 Point to Point (P2P) Connectivity LOT 4 Workstation (High-End) with UPS LOT 5 Network Printers LOT 6 HCI/ Virtualization & Servers Machine Note: Bidders may submit bids lot-wise, and evaluation as well as award of contract will be lot-wise Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding (NCB).

Procurement shall be done in accordance with “World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers (November 2020)”. Corrigendum/updated bidding document can be downloaded from websites https://www.ppmc.gov.pk and https://www.power.gov.pk free of cost. Bids must be delivered to the above office address on or before March 31st, 2026 (Tuesday) by 11:00 AM and must be accompanied by a bid security.

Bid Security will be submitted by bidders in favor of “Electricity Distribution Efficiency Improvement Project (EDEIP)” in shape of CDR, SDR, Pay Order, Demand Draft, Banker’s Cheque, or Unconditional Bank Guarantee @2% of total bid value for each lot, bidder is participating, issued by a scheduled Bank in Pakistan Bids will be publicly opened in presence of the Bidders designated representative and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on March 31st, 2026 (Tuesday) by 11:30 AM .

Late submission of bids shall be returned unopened, and electronic submission is not permitted.
