The United Republic of Tanzania has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Higher Education for Economic Transformation, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Procurement of Equipment for Physics Lab, Chemistry Lab, and Biology Lab with Installations and Training . 2.

The State University of Zanzibar now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Procurement of Equipment for Physics Lab Lot 1 , Chemistry Lab Lot 2 , and Biology Lab Lot 3 with Installation and Training and delivery period will be within Twelve (12) weeks from the date of signing contract. 3.

Bidding will be conducted through National competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” Fourth Edition, November 2020 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. 4.
