Scope overview

For trolleybuses with a length of not less than 11, 9 metres : Two-axles trolleybus, new, manufactured not earlier than 2025, with a low floor class M3, Class I in accordance with UNECE Regulation No. 107, intended for carrying passengers as public transport on trolleybus lines with a nominal voltage of 550-600V Equipped with AC traction motor with a capacity of at least 215 kW must be used.

The manufacturer shall ensure the efficient and smooth operation of the traction motor (e.g. lack of overheating, etc.). For trolleybuses with a length of not less than 18, 5 metres Three-axle two-section trolleybus, with drives on two leading axles, new, manufactured not earlier than 2025, with a low floor class M3, Class I in accordance with UNECE Regulation No.

107, intended for carrying passengers as public transport on trolleybus lines with a nominal voltage of 550-600V The trolleybus must be equipped with drive axle, АС motor with a nominal capacity of at least 2 × 215 kW and traction inverter (converter).

For both types of trolleybuses : Width: not more than 2.550 mm (without taking into account the width of the mirrors) Height: maximum 3.800 mm (DSTU 4905) The technically permissible maximum trolleybus mass shall be such that the nominal static load on the axle is no more than 115 kN. Distribution of axle load shall be according to UNECE Regulation No. 107.

The number of seats and maximum passenger capacity shall be in accordance with UNECE Regulation No. 107 Maximum speed should be not less than 55 km / h. (DSTU 4905) The loaded trolleybus shall manage a gradient of not less than 80 ‰ (DSTU 4905) External noise shall be compliant with UNECE Regulation No. 52 The trolleybuses should have the ability to run autonomously (i.e.

on batteries) for at least 25 km with a passenger load of at least 60% at a speed of at least 55 km/h and fully ensure the functioning of the main units and systems of the trolleybus, such as: compressor station, power steering hydraulic station, cabin and interior heating systems, passenger information systems, fare payment systems, operation of external alarm and lighting devices, and on-board battery charging systems.

The traction battery must be made of Li-ion cells, which has a resource of at least 10 000 cycles. Requirements for arranging an area for a limited mobility passenger in the wheelchair shall comply with UNECE Regulation No. 107.
