- Interested bidders who have relevant renewed trade license for the current budget year, Tax Clearance & VAT registration evidence.
- Bid document can be obtained from Akaki Kality Sub City Design and Construction Work Administrative and Finance Pool Office, Near to Kality Bus Station, At Akaki Kality Sub City Building, 2nd Floor, Office Number 203, during office hours against a non-refundable payment of birr 200 (Two hundred) from the date of issuance of this bid on the Ethiopian Herald.
- bidding will be conducted through the Request for Bid -National bidding procedures and is open to all eligible bidders.
- Delivery period- within 45 calendar days starting from date of contract signing.
- Bids must be accomplished by bid bond of Ethiopian birr 276,663 (two hundred seventy-six thousand six hundred sixty-three) for Lot one in the form of UN Conditional bank guarantee or certified payment order (C.P.O)
- Bids shall be submitted each having one original & two copies.
- Bidders should submit their technical and financial offers in wax-sealed envelope to the Office starting from the date announced on the Ethiopian Herald.
- Bid will be closed in the presence of bidders or their legal representative on the March 16, 2026, at 2: 00 PM (Afternoon) & opened on the same date at 2: 30 PM (Afternoon) in the presence of bidder’s representative, who choose to attend, at the address below.
- Late bids will be rejected.
