Invitation to Bid (ITB) City Government of Addis Ababa Nifas Silk Lafto Sub City Sub City Design and Construction Work Administrative and Finance Pool Office Urban Productive Safety Net and Jobs Project (UPSNJP) Grant No. IDA -D7320 Procurement Reference Number. ET-AA-FSPSNA-NIFAS SILK -518294-GORFB The Government of Ethiopia has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Urban Productive Safety Net Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds towards payments under the contract for procurement of Safety Materials and Local Brooms. Nifas Silk Lafto Sub City Design and Construction Work Administrative and Finance Pool Office invite sealed bids from eligible bidders for.  Procurement of Safety Materials – Lot One

• Interested bidders who have relevant renewed trade license for the current budget year, Tax Clearance & VAT registration and Supplier List evidence and so on . .
• Bid document can be obtained from Nifas Silk Lafto Sub City Design and Construction Work Administrative and Finance Pool Office, Near to Haile Garment Lafto Square, At Sub City Building, 5th Floor, Office during office hours against a non-refundable payment of birr 250,000.00 (Two hundred fifty thousand birr) from the date of issuance of this bid on the Ethiopian Herald.
• Bidding will be conducted through the Request for Bid -National bidding procedures and is open to all eligible bidders.
• Delivery period- within 40 calendar days starting from date of contract signing.
• Bids must be accomplished by bid bond of Ethiopian birr 250,000.00 (Two hundred fifty thousand birr) for Lot one and lots in the form of UN Conditional bank guarantee or certified payment order (C.P.O)
• Bids shall be submitted each having one original & one copies.
• Bidders should submit their technical and financial offers in wax-sealed envelope to the Office starting from the date announced on the Ethiopian Herald.
• Bid will be closed in the presence of bidders or their legal representative on the March 16, 2026, at 10: 00 AM (Morning) & opened on the same date at 10: 30 AM (Morning) in the presence of bidder’s representative, who choose to attend, at the address below.
• Late bids will be rejected.
