The Republic of Tajikistan has received funding from the World Bank and the European Commission - World Bank Partnership Program Part III for Europe and Central Asia A single-donor trust fund administered by the World Bank to cover the costs for the Tajikistan Strengthening Water and Irrigation Management Project (TSWIMP) and intends to use part of the funds received for payments under Contract No.SWIM-G-NCB-07 “Procurement of simple drip and sprinkler irrigation systems and other irrigation management methods for WUA demonstration plots”.

2. Project Management Unit under the Agency for Land Reclamation and Irrigation (ALRI) invites eligible bidders to submit sealed bids for “Procurement of simple drip and sprinkler irrigation systems and other irrigation management methods for WUA demonstration plots”. 3.

Bidding will be conducted through national competitive bidding using a Request for Bids (RFB), in accordance with the World Bank’s Procurement Guidelines for Investment Project Financing Borrowers, July 2016 (edited February 2025 ) and are open to all Bidders as defined in the Procurement Rules. 4.

Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information at address specified​ in paragraph 5, and get acquainted with tender documentation during the working time from 09:00 to 16:00 Dushanbe time. 5.
