Procurement of Welding Machines and Equipment for Kombolcha Polytechnic College

(“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the Kombolcha Polytechnic College (KPC), East Africa Skills for Transformation and Regional Integration Project (EASTRIP) office and inspect the bidding document during office hours from 8:30AM-12:30 PM and 2:00- 5:00 PM local time from Monday to Friday at the address given below.

The bidding document in English language may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of ETB 500 /ETB five hundred / or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency. The method of payment will be in CPO or through Kombolcha Polytechnic College bank account given below.

Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 10:30 A.M local time on 30 January 2026 . Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on 30 January 2026 at 10:30 A.M Local Time.

All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount and currency provided in the table below.
