The NCC wishes to retain the services of consulting engineering firms to provide Professional Services in Environmental Engineering - Contaminated Sites on an “as and when requested” basis under a Standing Offer Agreement (SOA).
The NCC is seeking to establish up to eight (8) SOAs for a period four (4) years, depending on the number of qualified proposals and the NCC’s projected value of environmental engineering and contaminated sites work.
The services required for the RFSO are: Phased Environmental Site Assessments, Human Health and Ecological Risk Assessments, Site Remediation Design and Implementation, and Excess Soil Characterization and Management, Project Management Support including Risk Management and Risk Communication and Bilingual Consultant Reports and Handling of Documents.
