• Aanleggen van een gescheiden rioolstelsel (RWA in betonbuizen en infiltratiebuizen en DWA in gres), inclusief alle nodige werken; • Leveren en plaatsen van de nodige overstortconstructies in de grachten • Aanleggen van een persleiding + voorzien van twee pompinstallaties om het afvalwater op te pompen, inclusief alle nodige voorzieningen. • Aanleggen van drukriolering d.m.v.
kleine pompunits (23 stuks) en persleiding om het afvalwater op te pompen, inclusief alle nodige voorzieningen. • Opbreken van de bestaande, te verlaten riolen. • Voorzien van de nodige aansluitingen (huisaansluitingen + straatkolken). • Uitgraven van nieuwe en profileren van bestaande grachten, inclusief alle nodige toebehoren (o.a.
overstortconstructies, oeverversterking, …) • Vernieuwen van duikers (betonbuizen D500mm, D800mm en D1000mm en kopmuren in beton en metselwerk). • Opbreken en heraanleggen van de wegverharding in asfalt en betonnen kantstroken; • Heraanleggen van voetpaden en opritten in grijze betonstraatstenen. • Voorzien van de nodige lijnvormige elementen (kantstroken en boordstenen).
