Scope overview

This bid solicitation invitation is being issued to satisfy the requirement of Global Affairs Canada (GAC) for Professional Services under the E60ZT-18TSPS TSPS Task Based Supply Arrangement (SA) method of supply to obtain services of a Project Monitor specialized in gender equality, feminist monitoring and learning, and programming with women’s rights organizations (WROs).

The Contractor will monitor the achievement of results, support learning activities, and suggest course corrections, if necessary, to improve project implementation of projects. The Contractor will also provide feminist analysis from learning across the projects to inform GAC’s ongoing support to women’s rights organizations and RWVL program improvement, knowledge sharing, and communications.
