Scope overview
Mit der Durchführung einer Ausschreibung im offenen Verfahren im vom Staatsvertrag erfassten Bereich beabsichtigt die IGS als Auftraggeberin, externe Unterstützung im Bereich des Projektmanagements zu beschaffen. Gegenstand der vorliegenden Ausschreibung ist die Erbringung von Dienstleistungen im Bereich des Projektmanagements für definierte IT-Vorhaben durch spezialisierte, externe Fachpersonen.
Die Leistungen umfassen insbesondere die Leitung, Konzeption, Planung, Steuerung, Koordination, Überwachung und den Abschluss der jeweiligen Vorhaben sowie die Unterstützung bei der Einführung und dem Übergang in den operativen Betrieb. Mit der Ausschreibung werden maximal vier Anbieterinnen gesucht, die die benötigten Leistungen abdecken können.
Mit den Zuschlagsempfängerinnen wird ein Rahmenvertrag über eine Laufzeit von fünf Jahren abgeschlossen.
