FUNDRAISER SHALL PROVIDE REPORTS OF FUNDRAISING RESULTS AND COSTS AND FEES FOR THE CAMPAIGN EACH WEEK TOGETHER WITH DELIVERY OF CONTRIBUTION FUNDS TO THE FUND. THE ENGAGEMENT CAMPAIGNS SHALL CONSIST OF ONLINE PROMOTION AND SWEEPSTAKES PROMOTIONS VIA FUNDRAISER S AFFILIATE S ONLINE PLATFORM HTTP://PROPELLER.LA AND MAY CONSIST OF FACE-TO-FACE PROMOTIONS AT EVENTS OR VENUES AS AGREED BY THE PARTIES FROM TIME TO TIME.
