Kuntoutujalla on entuudestaan käytössään mekaaninen proteesi (Genium). Jalkaterä ja holkki ovat edelleen hyvässä kunnossa ja siirtyvät vanhasta proteesista uuteen.
Kyseessä on yksilöllisen tarvehankinnan puitteissa tehdyn apuvälinearvion perusteella suoritettava hankinta.
Tarjousta pyydetään seuraavalle Genium kokoonpanolle: 1) Polvinivel Genium Laturi (1 kpl) Liner Skeo Sealing Geniumin suojakuori 2) Varaosa- ja ylläpitokulut Tarjouksen tulee sisältää myös muu tarvittava proteesityö ja komponentit (kosmetiikka, adapterit, putket sekä proteesin muut komponentit, proteesin yksilöllinen valmistus ja sovitus, käytönopastus ja neuvonta).
