Scope overview
Leistungserbringung Drainagespülung an der Koralmbahn mittels MDB-Spülbox - Nutzung der ÖBB-eigenen MDB-Spülbox (MDB 02) im Granitztaltunnel sowie teilweise im Koralmtunnel - Zur Verfügungstellung einer weiteren – noch zu bauenden - MDB-Spülbox (MDB 03) durch den Auftragnehmer zur Bedarfsdeckung im Koralmtunnel Für die erforderliche Drainagereinigung wird die MDB-Spülbox im Kreuzungsblock Fahrtunnelröhre/Querschlag über dem zentralen Spülschacht positioniert und an die Versorgungsleitungen angeschlossen.
Die MDB-Spülbox spült ferngesteuert alle vom Spülschacht abgehenden Drainagen in beiden Streckenröhren sowie im Querschlag über eine Länge von jeweils ca. 600m ohne Behinderung des Eisenbahnbetriebs. Parallel zur Spülung findet zeitgleich die Qualitätssicherung mittels Kamerabefahrung statt.
Nach Abschluss des Spülprozesses wird die MDB-Spülbox in einer Betriebspause zum nächsten Aufstellpunkt transportiert und beginnt von neuem zu spülen. MDB steht für Modulares Drainagespülsystem Bahn MDB-Spülbox: Maschine (Spülwerkzeuge, Pumpen, Steuerung…) zur ferngesteuerten Spülung von Tunneldrainagen unter Nutzung fest im Tunnel verbauter Anlagenkomponenten für Wasser-, Strom- und Datenversorgung.
