Scope overview
Die ÖBB beabsichtigen die Errichtung der frei finanzierten Wohnhausanlage "Florasdorf Nord" auf eine knapp 30.000 m² großen Liegenschaft im 21. Wiener Gemeindebezirk. Es sollen ca. 500 Wohnungen im Mittelpreissegment für die Vermietung am freien Markt entstehen.
Mit gegenständlichem Verfahren vergegeben die ÖBB für das gegenständliche Projekt die Generalplanungsleistungen, wobei die Leistungsphase "Vorentwurf" bereits zum Großteil erbracht wurde. Die ÖBA-Leistungen sind ebenfalls nicht Bestandteil dieses Vergabeverfahrens. In der 1.
Vergabeverfahrensstufe wird die Eignung der Bewerber über die Abgabe von Teilnahmeanträgen samt Nachweisen für die Teilnahmeberechtigung ermittelt; geeignete Bewerber werden zur Angebotslegung eingeladen. In der 2. Vergabeverfahrensstufe wird von den Bietern jeweils ein Qualitätsangebot (70%) und ein Preisangebot (30%) eingeholt.
