DCU wishes to implement a modern cloud-based Procurement and Contract Management Solution (“the Solution”) which will enable its centralised procurement function to streamline its activities in order to meet the growing demand for its services.
The main objective of the proposed Solution will be to provide a dynamic, robust tool for pre- procurement planning, pipeline and tender management, and a source of real-time digital intelligence on supplier contracts and spend.
