Reference: RFQ-S-BDT-2026-005 Dear Sir / Madam, The International Telecommunication Union (ITU) invites your company to submit an offer (Quotation) for the services described in Annex I (TOR).
The following documents are hereto attached: Annex I – Terms of Reference Annex II – Price Form Annex III – ITU General Conditions of Contract for the Provision of Services and Goods Annex IV – ITU Supplier Registration Form Annex V – Bidder's Eligibility and Integrity Declaration Form Information to Bidders: 1.
By replying to this Request for Quotation the Bidder accepts ITU General Conditions of Contract for the Provision of Services and Goods. 2. This invitation is not to be construed in any way as a proposal to contract your Company. 3. Bidders are requested to hold their offers valid for 90 days from the closing date of the RFQ. 4. Offers should preferably be in Swiss Francs.
If submitted in another currency, ITU will convert using the prevailing UN exchange rate. 5. Payment will be made to the supplier within 30 days from receipt by ITU of all deliverables mentioned in the TOR. No advance payment will be required. 6. ITU will not be responsible for any bank service charges. 7. ITU reserves the right to accept the whole or part of your offer. 8.
Hand-written, incomplete offers or offers which do not comply with any or our tender conditions will not be considered. 9. The ITU reserves the right to publish certain information of the Contract, including Goods and/or Services procured, value, date, and name and country of the Contractor.
Should you any request for clarifications, please send via ‘’Correspondence’’ in In-Tend no later than Thursday 12/02/2026 at 15h00 Geneva Time. We look forward to receiving your offer by Friday, 20 February 2026, 15:00 CET. Late offers will not be accepted. Kind regards, ITU Procurement Division
