The firm must be either incorporated entity or a JV of incorporated entities with core business in the field of ICT Consultancy, Solutions Development and Delivery for a minimum period of 5 years. b) Firm experience - The firm shall have successfully completed at least two (2) contracts of a similar nature, complexity and in a similar operating environment (i.e.

assignment for Digital Transformation Strategy formulation for two (2) large Public/Private Enterprises in the Telco or Financial services sector) within the last five years.
