NHS Mid and South Essex Awards VOIP Telephony Contract for Corporate and Hospital Services

The Contracting Authority (NHS Mid and South Essex Integrated Care Board) has awarded a compliant Call-Off Contract to Wavenet Limited for provision of a Corporate & Brentwood Community Hospital (BCH) VOIP IP Telephony under the Crown Commercial Services Framework Network Services 3; Lot 4b: Digital Communication Services (Unified Communications) (CCS RM6116 - Lot 4b),.

in accordance with the Framework Guidance and Rules.. The scope of this service includes provisions of IT Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) telephony across Mid and South Essex Integrated Care Board (MSE ICB) for corporate and Brentwood Community Hospital (BCH) staff. The contract commences 01st July 2025 and expires 31st December 2025 with an option to extend for a further 3 months until 31 March 2026.

The aggregate contract value awarded is £49,563 inc VAT (£33,042 for the first 6 months and the remaining 3 months including any extensions the cost per annum is £16,521).

This Contract Award Notice is being published in accordance with the requirements for sub-central contracting authorities, NHS Trusts and NHS Foundation Trusts where the contract value is at least £30,000 inclusive of VAT in accordance with the Public Contract Regulations 2015, which govern the Framework Agreement his Call-Off Contract is associated with.
