The Contracting Entity is seeking to engage with a suitably qualified service provider for the provision of marine navigational services to perform a fundamental review around how shipping operations are conducted at Foynes Port with a view to determining whether existing control measures remain fit for purpose, and to identify any potential to widen operational parameters in a safe and controlled manner.

The project will be designed across a number of separate phases with a 'go/no go' decision on each stage. This competition is conducted under the negotiated procedure inviting Applicants who are interested in being shortlisted to compete the Provision of Marine Navigational Services.
