Reference: EOIUNAMA24212 The United Nations Assistance Mission in Afghanistan (UNAMA) is seeking for potential vendors for its requirement for the Provision of TV Cable Network, Maintenance, and Subscription Services for UNAMA Afghanistan. UNAMA intends to establish a contract for the Provision of TV Cable Network, Maintenance, and Subscription Services for UNAMA Afghanistan.
It is anticipated that the initial contract period will be three (3) years, with UNAMA retaining the sole option to extend the contract for one (1) additional year (3+1). The duration of the contract shall at all times be subject to the continuation of UNAMA’s mandate, and the satisfactory performance of the Contractor.
Please note that this notice is issued only to allow companies to express their interest; it does not constitute a solicitation. Submitting an EOI does not automatically guarantee that a company will be considered for receipt of the tender. UNAMA reserves the right to change or cancel its requirement at any time. Details for the requirement will be provided in the solicitation documents to the invited vendors only.
Specific Requirements/Information 1. Registration with United Nations Global Marketplace (UNGM), www.ungm.org at Basic Level and preferably registered or submitted at Level 1. 2. Certification of Incorporation and a valid Business License authorizing the Contractor to provide TV Cable Network, Maintenance, and Subscription Services for UNAMA Afghanistan.
The Contractor must comply with all applicable local health, safety, sanitation, and business regulations of Afghanistan. Non-compliance to above mentioned criteria will result in disqualification of the vendor during the bidding exercise and evaluation stage. Closing date for receipt of EOI response is on 18 March 2026.
