Brief Description of Requirement The UK has been a Charter member since 2005 and wishes to continue to play an active leadership role.

UKSA has a requirement for specialist strategic support to ensure the Charter is performing effectively, interfacing effectively with existing and any potential new data providers and users and ensuring there is optimal awareness and uptake of the Charter within the UK Government and with selected overseas partners.

This Invitation to Tender is therefore intended to: • Explore the current UK market and award a new contract for a term of three years between 1st November 2022 and 31st October 2025.

• Establish a long term, contract support arrangement which provides Suitably Qualified and Experienced Personnel/Resources to work alongside the Agency, associated UK data providers and Charter bodies, as the UK's representative on the Charter Executive Secretariat.

• Build additional continuity within the existing contract format, by setting a requirement for there to be more than one strategic engagement lead, to cover should the prime become unavailable for any reason.
