Scope overview
The Council is seeking to establish a Contract for the provision of Legal Services. This will be via a further competition process under Lot 1a of the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) Public Sector Legal Services framework (RM6240).
The contract is anticipated to commence in March 2026 and will run for an initial period of two years, with the option to extend by a further period expiring on or before 04 September 2028 at the sole discretion of the Council.
