Scope overview
Puitesopimus. Rakennuttamis-, konsultointi- ja kiinteistökehityspalvelut Puitesopimuksen kohteena on rakennuttamispalvelujen eli rakennuttamiseen liittyvien asiantuntijapalvelujen ja kiinteistökehityspalvelujen tuottaminen Tilaajalle. Kyseessä on hankintalain (1397/2016) 42 § mukainen puitejärjestely. Tilaaja valitsee kuusi (6) toimittajaa, joiden kanssa se tekee puitesopimuksen.
Tilaaja voi myös valita vähemmän määrän toimittajia, mikäli tarjouspyynnön vaatimukset täyttäviä tarjouksia on vähemmän. Toimeksiannot tulevat koostumaan asiantuntijatehtävistä (mm. rakennuttamis-, koordinointi-, valvonta-, laskenta-, kartoitus- ja kehittämistehtävät) sekä mahdollisista kiinteistökehitystehtävistä pääosin Espoon Otaniemessä.,
