Scope overview
- Projektbeschreibung Die Innovative Energie für Pullach GmbH betreibt seit 2005 die Fernwärme-Versorgung der Gemeinde Pullach im Isartal durch Wärmegewinnung aus Tiefengeothermie, sowie den Ausbau und Betrieb eines Verteilnetzwerkes zur Lieferung der Wärme an Haushalte, Gemeinde- und Gewerbebetriebe. Aktuell sind circa 1.500 Haushalte und Betriebe an das Netz angeschlossen. In der bestehenden Energiezentrale “Pu-Nord EZ” wird u.a. die Energie aus dem geförderten Thermalwasser über Wärmetauscher entzogen und an den Fernwärmewasserkreislauf übertragen. Der Betrieb dieser Anlagen erfolgt in Eigenregie der IEP, unterstützt von geeigneten Vertragsunternehmen. 1.1. Gegenstand des Verfahrens Eine wesentliche Anforderung an die Bewerber ist, dass während der gesamten Um- und Ausbauphase zu keinem Zeitpunkt eine Störung oder Gefährdung des Betriebes erfolgen darf. Dies betrifft u.a. Zugang und Zutritt zu den bestehenden Gebäuden, die Unversehrtheit aller Ver- und Entsorgungsleitungen sowie die Anlagentechnik. Gegenstand dieses Vergabeverfahrens ist Los 17: Malerarbeiten. Das Leistungsverzeichnis ist unter „LV_Malerarbeiten“ den Vergabeunterlagen beigefügt. Der Beginn dieser Arbeiten ist für das Frühjahr 2026 geplant und im Detail mit dem planenden Architekten abzustimmen. In separaten Vergabeverfahren werden weitere Leistungen (u.a. Trockenbau, Estrich, ...) für die Energiezentrale ausgeschrieben und vergeben. Diese Arbeiten sind nicht Gegenstand dieses Vergabeverfahren, sie sind jedoch ebenfalls für den o.g. Rahmenterminplan geplant. Die komplette Fertigstellung der Energiezentrale ist für Frühjahr 2026 erwartet. Die termingerechte Fertigstellung hat eine hohe Bedeutung für die sicherere Fernwärmeversorgung der IEP-Kunden.
