• You are hereby invited to submit price quotations for the supply of goods for the improvement of the arboretum grounds (construction of a network of footpaths).

Information about the goods to be purchased is set out in Appendices 2, 3, and 4 to this request.

• The contract will be awarded to the company that offers goods that meet the technical specifications in Appendix 3 at the lowest price.

Place of delivery of goods: Arboretum of the Kazakh Scientific Research Institute of Forestry and Agroforestry named after A. N. Bukeihan, Shchuchinsk, Akmola Region.

• Your price offer in Russian must be accompanied by the following documentation, completed, signed, and certified with a seal (if available):

1) Appendix 1 (Price Offer); 2) Appendix 2 (Prices and Delivery Schedules); 3) Appendix 3 (Technical Specification); 4) Appendix 4 (Terms and Conditions of Delivery). • The deadline for receiving your price offer at the address specified in paragraph 3 is July 10, 2025.
• The attached terms and conditions of purchase are an integral part of the contract.

(i) PRICES: Prices must be quoted in tenge, include all customs, import duties and any taxes or payments applicable to the import of goods into Kazakhstan, and value added tax (VAT) in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as the risks of damage or spoilage during delivery (insurance coverage) in accordance with the technical specifications. (ii) EVALUATION OF PRICE PROPOSALS: Proposals that essentially meet the requirements of the technical specifications will be evaluated for each lot by comparing their prices. When evaluating price proposals, the Buyer shall determine the lowest price for each lot by adjusting the price proposal by correcting any arithmetic errors in the following cases: (a) in case of discrepancy between the amounts in figures and words, the amount specified in words shall be decisive; (b) in the event of a discrepancy between the unit price and the total price (sum) obtained by multiplying the unit price by the quantity, the unit price stated shall prevail: (c) if the Supplier refuses to accept the adjustment, its bid shall be rejected. In addition to the price offered, the estimated price includes: (iii) AWARD OF PURCHASE ORDER: The order will be awarded to the participant who, according to the evaluation, has offered the lowest price that meets the required standards of technical and financial capabilities. The successful participant will sign the Contract in accordance with the attached contract form and the terms and conditions of delivery. (iv) VALIDITY OF THE OFFER: Your price offers must be valid for a period of 60 days from the final date of receipt of the offer specified in paragraph 4 of this request for quotation.
