Request for Quotation Date: April 16, 2025 PROGREEN Project, R179008 PROGREEN Grant No. TF0C1608 No. PROGREEN/KARATAU/GOODS-BUS/RFQ-07/2025 Dear Prospective Suppliers, You are hereby invited to submit your price quotations for the supply of goods for the RSE "Karatau State Nature Reserve". Information on the required goods is provided in Annexes 2, 3, and 4 to this Request for Quotation.

The contract will be awarded to the company offering goods that comply with the technical specifications provided in Annex 3, at the lowest price. Place of delivery: Republic of Kazakhstan, Turkestan region, Kentau city, Sh. Ualikhanov Street, Building 17.

Your price quotation in Russian must be accompanied by the following completed, signed, and sealed (if applicable) documents: Annex 1 (Price Quotation); Annex 2 (Prices and Delivery Schedule); Annex 3 (Technical Specifications); Annex 4 (Terms and Delivery Conditions).

The listed documents must be numbered, stitched, sealed in an envelope, and submitted to the following address: 010000, Republic of Kazakhstan, Astana city, Almaty Street 1, "Asyl-tau" business center, 14th floor, office 1403. The deadline for submission of your price quotation to the address specified in paragraph 3 is April 30, 2025. The attached terms and conditions of procurement constitute an integral part of the contract.

(i) PRICES: Prices must be indicated in Kazakhstani tenge, including all customs and import duties, taxes applicable to import into Kazakhstan, as well as VAT in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and include any risks of damage or loss during delivery (insurance coverage) in accordance with the technical specifications.

(ii) EVALUATION OF PRICE QUOTATIONS: Proposals that substantially comply with the technical specifications will be evaluated per lot based on price comparison.

When evaluating quotations, the Purchaser shall determine the lowest price per lot by adjusting the quotation price to correct arithmetic errors in the following cases: (a) if there is a discrepancy between the amount in figures and in words, the amount in words shall prevail; (b) if there is a discrepancy between the unit price and the total price resulting from multiplication by quantity, the unit price shall prevail; (c) if the Supplier refuses to accept the correction, the bid shall be rejected.

In addition to the offered price, the evaluated price includes: (iii) AWARD OF CONTRACT: The contract will be awarded to the bidder offering the lowest evaluated price that meets the required technical and financial capacity criteria. The successful bidder shall sign the Contract in accordance with the attached contract form and delivery terms.

(iv) VALIDITY OF OFFER: Your price quotation must remain valid for 60 days from the final submission date indicated in paragraph 4 of this Request for Quotation.
