For this contract, the Borrower shall process the payments using the Direct Payment disbursement method, as defined in the World Bank’s Disbursement Guidelines for Investment Project Financing, except for those payments, which the contract provides to be made through letter of credit. 2.

The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Developmen t now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for “Purchasing equipment for sampling in the field for AKVMB” (2 lots) ( Refrigerator 1200 L (12 pcs)/ Refrigerator Container for Transport (60 pcs)/ Medical Container for Transport (24 pcs)/ Laboratory Centrifuge (12 pcs)/ Postmortem Kit for Veterinary (12 pcs)/ Disinfecting Blower Pump with Backpack Possibility (36 pcs)/ Automatic Injector for Tuberculin (350 pcs)/ Electroshock (12 pcs) – Lot 1 and Incineration for Animals, Medical Waste, etc.

Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” Procurement in Investment Project Financing Goods, Works, Non-Consulting and Consulting Services July 2016 (revised November 2020) (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. 4.
