Pyhärannan kunnan palveluliikenne Pyhärannan kunta pyytää tarjouksia niiltä, jotka ovat valmiita tuottamaan Pyhärannan kunnan palveluliikennekokonaisuutta, joka muodostuu kaikille avoimesta palveluliikenteestä ja koululaiskuljetuksista (perusopetuslaki 628/1998 32 §). Kaikille avoin palveluliikenne ajetaan osittain kutsuohjattuna.
Kutsujen vastaanottaminen ja niiden perusteella tapahtuva reittisuunnittelu ja ajojärjestely on liikennöitsijän tehtävä. Kutsujen vastaanotto tapahtuu puhelimitse. Koululaiskuljetusten suunnittelu tekee palveluntuottaja yhdessä tilaajan kanssa. Arvioitu ajopäivien lukumäärä on 190 pv/lukuvuosi. Arvio ei sido tilaajaa.
Päiväohjelma ajetaan arkipäivisin kouluvuoden aikana klo 07.00-17.00 välisenä aikana, arvioitu asiakaskilometrien määrä päivässä on 300-350 km. Kilometrit lasketaan päivän ensimmäisen asiakkaan autoon astumisesta päivän viimeisen asiakkaan autosta poistumiseen. Palveluntuottajan omat ajokilometrit eivät kerrytä asiakaskilometrejä.
Kutsuohjattua palveluliikennettä voidaan toteuttaa myös aikavälillä 07.00-17.00 arkipäivisin. Käytettävät lipputuotteet määrää ostaja/tilaaja.,
