Scope overview
Door middel van deze aanbesteding wil de aanbestedende dienst de processen rondom bestuurlijke besluitvorming op een efficiënte en gebruiksvriendelijke manier ondersteunen met een raadsinformatiesysteem. Hiermee wil de gemeente de afstand tot inwoners en bedrijven verkleinen, en de betrokkenheid bij de gemeente versterken. De opdracht omvat de volgende onderdelen: - het beschikbaar stellen van een RaadslnformatieSysteem (RlS); - het leveren en onderhouden van livestreaming en videotulen; - het migreren van de gegevens van de huidige applicatie(s) naar de nieuwe applicatie (waar van toepassing).
