In deze tuinen moeten herstellingswerken gebeuren die ten laste zijn van de eigenaar bijvoorbeeld vervangen draadafsluiting en poortjes, heraanleg opritten of tuinpaadjes die verzakt zijn, … Op regelmatige basis komen er woningen leeg wegens opzeg huur door huurder. In bepaalde woningen moet de tuin heraangelegd/gefatsoeneerd worden.
De afgelopen twee jaar zijn er voor een 140 tal adressen werkbonnen uitgestuurd voor dergelijke werken. Tenslotte moeten de tuinen van deze woningen tijdens leegstand op regelmatige basis onderhouden worden: maaien gazon, snoeien hagen en planten, onkruid wieden. De opdracht is een opdracht voor 2 jaar die stilzwijgend kan verlengd worden met nog eens twee jaar.
