Scope overview
Dit raamcontract heeft tot doel het uitvoeren van combinaties van renovatiewerken in leegstaande sociale huurwoningen van Woonsprong, zodat deze woningen opnieuw verhuurklaar worden gemaakt tussen twee verhuringen door.
De werken kunnen onder meer omvatten: het plaatsen van een nieuwe keuken, het vervangen van vloeren (tegels, laminaat, vinyl, lino), het renoveren van badkamers, het herstellen of vervangen van binnendeuren en ramen, het op orde zetten van elektriciteit en sanitair, plaatselijk pleisterwerk herstellen, binnen- en buitenschilderwerken, het vervangen van terrassen...
