Dit omvat het ontwikkelen, leveren, installeren en configureren van een softwaretoepassing voor het aanvragen van baby- en peuteropvang, de inschrijvingen van het vakantieaanbod, activiteiten en het beheer van de buitenschoolse kinderopvang, inclusief administratieve afhandeling, opleiding, licenties, hosting, support, onderhoud en updates na oplevering.
De opdracht heeft een initiële looptijd van 4 jaar, met mogelijkheid tot verlenging van 3 keer 2 jaar op uitdrukkelijk verzoek van Interleuven, aan dezelfde voorwaarden als de initiële looptijd. De kandidaat-inschrijver verbindt zich er met deze kandidatuur toe zich voor de volledige duur te engageren.
