Scope overview
Dit betreft een Europese aanbesteding voor een raamovereenkomst voor de herziening GGOR peilbesluiten/streefpeilenplannen voor de periode 2026-2036. Het beheergebied van Waterschap Rivierenland is hiervoor opgedeeld in een veertiental peilbesluit/streefpeilenplangebieden. De daarin vastgestelde waterpeilen worden elke tien jaar herzien op basis van de GGOR methode. Dit is een methode die wordt gebruikt door het waterschap om waterbeheer af te stemmen op de behoeften van verschillende functies in een gebied, zoals landbouw, natuur en wonen.
Bij het opstellen/ herzien van de peilbesluiten/streefpeilenplannen wenst Waterschap Rivierenland ontzorgd te worden. Waterschap Rivierenland wenst een raamovereenkomst te sluiten voor maximale periode van 10 jaar met één primaire leverancier en twee secundaire leveranciers.
