C-smart dv treedt op als aankoopcentrale en wenst een niet-exclusieve raamovereenkomst te sluiten met één opdrachtnemer voor de levering, plaatsing en exploitatie van een geïntegreerde end-to-end oplossing voor handhaving op basis van (ANPR-)cameratechnologie.
De raamovereenkomst omvat onder meer de levering en installatie van (ANPR-)camera-infrastructuur en bijhorende componenten, alsook softwareoplossingen voor camerabeheer, vaststelling en verwerking van inbreuken, administratieve en/of politionele opvolging, boeteverwerking en invordering.
Daarnaast omvat de opdracht ondersteunende diensten zoals configuratie, opleiding, onderhoud, support, monitoring en integraties met bestaande systemen van afnemers.
