De risicobeoordeling wordt uitgevoerd conform de eisen van de Omgevingswet; Voorbereiding en directievoering van eenvoudige grondsaneringen; Begeleiden van grondsaneringen (milieukundige begeleiding ter plaatse); Grondwateronderzoek, plaatsen (diepe) peilbuizen; Bijkomende werkzaamheden die gerelateerd zijn aan bovenstaande onderzoeken en adviezen, zoals bijvoorbeeld asfaltonderzoek, funderingsonderzoek en civieltechnisch onderzoek.
Bovenstaande werkzaamheden betreffen opdrachten die al dan niet gecombineerd kunnen plaatsvinden.
Buiten de scope van de opdracht in perceel 1: Langdurige grondwatermonitoringen; Grondwatermodellering; Milieukundige bodemdiensten die vallen binnen een GC- of soortgelijk contract (geïntegreerde contracten waarbij de opdrachtnemer zowel ontwerp- als uitvoeringswerkzaamheden verricht); Brononderzoek naar niet genormeerde stoffen en PFAS; Zie aanbestedingsleidraad.
