De raamovereenkomst wordt afgesloten met één (1) leverancier per perceel voor een vaste looptijd van vier (4) jaar, met de mogelijkheid tot één (1) verlenging van drie (3) jaar. De maximale looptijd bedraagt derhalve zeven (7) jaar.
