Voorwerp van deze leveringen: Raamovereenkomst voor het leveren van auto-onderdelen. Toelichting: Het lokaal bestuur Overijse gaat over tot het aanstellen van diverse leveranciers conform een cascade systeem voor het leveren van auto-onderdelen. Het lokaal bestuur heeft een uitgebreid wagenpark en staat zelf in voor het onderhoud en herstelling van deze voertuigen. De opdracht is niet opgedeeld in percelen.
De opdracht wordt afgesloten voor de periode van 1 jaar en kan nog 3 keer stilzwijgend verlengd worden als de opdracht geen aanleiding heeft gegeven tot geschillen. Het maximaal bestelbedrag voor de periode van 4 jaar bedraagt 265.000 euro inclusief btw. Het lokaal bestuur zal naargelang haar behoeften bestellingen plaatsen in het kader van deze overheidsopdracht.
Deze overheidsopdracht verleent geen exclusiviteitsrecht in hoofde van de leverancier.
