Scope overview
Het betreft het uitvoeren en herstellen van bedrijfsvloeren in verschillende gebouwen op de campus van het UZ Gent. Hoofdzakelijk gaat het over herstellingswerken en/of onderhoudswerken van bedrijfsvloeren. Mogelijks gaat het ook over het vernieuwen van grotere gehelen en plaatsen van nieuwe delen, maar dit is eerder uitzonderlijk.
De aannemer dient er steeds rekening mee te houden dat de werken uitgevoerd worden op een site van een ziekenhuis in werking. Hiervoor wordt verwezen naar de bundel “Algemene veiligheidsvoorschriften voor derden” dat als bijlage aan het bijzonder bestek wordt gevoegd.
Hieronder worden onder andere afspraken vastgelegd met betrekking tot lawaai- en stofhinder, laden en lossen evenals toegang tot de campus voor zwaar verkeer. Voor elke deelopdracht worden de knelpunten met betrekking tot ziekenhuis in werking ten opzichte van het uit te voeren project bekeken en worden er specifieke afspraken gemaakt.
