Scope overview
Raamovereenkomst voor het opmaken, implementeren en aanpassen van evacuatieplannen. De aanbestedende overheid is verplicht om haar gebouwen uit te rusten met duidelijke en evacuatieplannen en signalisatie. Deze plannen en signalisatie dienen te worden opgesteld conform de regelgeving. Dit draagt bij aan een verhoogde veiligheid voor bezoekers en medewerkers en zorgt voor een efficiënte evacuatie in geval van nood.
Daarom wordt een opdracht uitgeschreven voor de opmaak, levering en plaatsing van evacuatieplannen en signalisatie in de gebouwen van de groep Antwerpen. De opdracht omvat: - Opmaken van gedetailleerde en reglementaire evacuatieplannen per gebouw. - Leveren van de nodige signalisatieborden en pictogrammen conform de geldende wetgeving (ISO 7010, NBN-normen).
- Plaatsen van de signalisatie Om aan al deze verplichtingen te voldoen, sluit de stad Antwerpen een raamovereenkomst met looptijd van 4 jaar af voor de opmaak, implementatie en aanpassing van evacuatieplannen brand voor een aantal gebouwen van de groep Antwerpen.
