Scope overview
Flanders Make vzw is het strategisch onderzoekscentrum voor de maakindustrie in Vlaanderen met als missie om de competitiviteit van bedrijven te versterken door middel van innovatieve technologische ontwikkelingen.
Flanders Make ondersteunt bedrijven bij de digitalisering, automatisering en verduurzaming van productieprocessen en producten, met een focus op slimme en verbonden machines, voertuigen en productiesystemen.
Door samenwerking met industriële en academische partners voert Flanders Make baanbrekend onderzoek uit en vertaalt dit naar praktische toepassingen die bedrijven helpen om efficiënter, flexibeler en duurzamer te produceren. Zo draagt FM bij aan de groei en internationale concurrentiekracht van de Vlaamse maakindustrie.
Onderhavige opdracht betreft het afsluiten van een raamovereenkomst met een dienstverlener voor het ter beschikking stellen van een strategieconsultant. De rol van de strategieconsultant is het adviseren van het management van Flanders Make, alsook het aanreiken van onderbouwde methodes, kaders en analytische inzichten ter ondersteuning van strategische besluitvorming.
