Deze opdracht betreft het afsluiten van een raamovereenkomst voor het uitvoeren van verhuisopdrachten binnen groot Leuven. Deze verhuisopdrachten zijn divers van aard en worden op afroep besteld naargelang de noodzaak. De opdrachten kunnen bestaan uit: kleine verhuisbewegingen ( 50 m³) en grote project-gerelateerde verhuisopdrachten.
Voor de project-gerelateerde verhuisopdrachten is een voorbeeldopdracht uitgewerkt die vanaf augustus 2026 effectief uitgevoerd zou moeten worden in verschillende fasen, waarvoor een verplicht plaatsbezoek is ingepland op 19 januari 2026 om 9 uur of op 23 januari 2025 om 9 uur.
