Scope overview
De opdracht omvat een aanneming van diensten ten behoeve van de aanbesteder stad Leuven en de entiteiten die mogelijks beroep doen op deze raamovereenkomst. De inschrijver zal instaan voor het invorderen van achterstallige fiscale en niet-fiscale vorderingen, zoals onder meer aanslagen in gemeentebelastingen, gemeentelijke administratieve sancties, bijhorende kosten en intresten.
Daarnaast dienen diverse niet-fiscale vorderingen te worden ingevorderd (facturen, terugvordering wedde, schadevergoedingen, …). De opdracht omvat tevens het inschakelen van een gerechtsdeurwaarder voor de invordering van diverse niet-fiscale vorderingen ten behoeve van OCMW Leuven en Kinderopvang Leuven. Tenslotte zal de deurwaarder ook diverse ad hoc-opdrachten dienen uit te voeren op verzoek van de opdrachtgever.
