Scope overview
Het voorwerp van de opdracht omvat het onderhoud van de belevingsinfrastructuur op Brussels Airport. Dit omvat: • Onderhouden van het zitmeubilair dat is vastgemaakt aan de vloer: herstellen (zoals bijvoorbeeld herstofferen met stoffen conform de technische voorschriften van deze opdracht) en desgevallend vervangen. • Vervangen van tapijttegels; • Vernieuwing van de thematische booths.
Dit is het vervangen van de visuals (doeken voor- en achterkant) en de plexis aan de booths alsook het schilderen ervan en het aanbrengen van nieuwe tafelstickers; • Vervangen van de elektriciteitspoortjes op de tafels. De volledige handling van weghalen, (laten) herstellen tot terugplaatsen van het meubilair is onderdeel van deze opdracht.
Toerisme Vlaanderen doet zelf regelmatig controles van de belevingsinfrastructuur en zal indien nodig een bestelling bij de opdrachtnemer plaatsen.
