Scope overview
Le présent marche a pour objet le raccordement du réseau de chauffage de bâtiment ULiège, situé sur le site FONCK, au réseau de chaleur de l’ESA. Ce raccordement s’effectuera depuis la SST5 ESA vers la SST6 ULiège en enterré et en aérien. Le cheminement des tuyauteries est à l’appréciation de l’entreprise et fera l’objet d’une validation préalable du MO.
L’activité au sein du site implique impérativement une continuité dans l’utilisation des locaux et accès au site, les travaux doivent donc être réalisés de manière à ne perturber qu’au minimum le travail dans les autres zones.
Ainsi, toutes les alimentations en énergie (gaz, eau, air, électricité, téléphonie, informatique, …) devront être opérationnelles à tout moment dans les zones qui ne sont pas en cours de travaux – voir aussi clauses techniques.
