Die IT-Landschaft und die Rechenzentren spielen dabei eine zentrale Rolle: Swissgrid betreibt zwei Data Center bei externen Providern sowie mehrere IT-Räume an eigenen Standorten in der Schweiz. Die Planung und Koordination aller Installationsarbeiten erfolgt durch das Data Center- und Netzwerkteam, das auch für die Qualitäts- und Kostenkontrolle zuständig ist.
Für die Ausführung technischer und administrativer Aufgaben im IT- und Elektrobereich in ihren Rechenzentren greift Swissgrid auf externe Dienstleistende zurück. Diese unterstützen insbesondere bei der Montage und Demontage von IT-Komponenten, bei Verkabelungsarbeiten, bei der Dokumentation im zentralen Planungstool (FNT Command) sowie bei Wartung, Störungsbehebung und Materiallogistik.
Die Zusammenarbeit erfolgt auf Basis klar definierter Prozesse und Richtlinien, um einen reibungslosen Betrieb und höchste Sicherheitsstandards zu gewährleisten.
Diese Ausschreibung umfasst Rack & Stack- Installationen in den Rechenzentren von Swissgrid sowie die Lieferung von zugehörigem Material (Kupfer- und Glasfaserkabel in verschiedenen Ausführungen, Racks und Rangierpanels, Installationsmaterial und Schutzgeräte, etc.). Ziel ist es, einen Partner zu finden, der sämtliche Standorte von Swissgrid abdeckt und die geforderten Leistungen zuverlässig erbringt.
