Scope overview

The existing original school building was constructed in 1969, with an extension added in 2008/2009 and has a floor area of approx. 4337 sq. metres and comprises of 35 number mainstream classrooms, General Purpose room, staff room, kitchen, toilets, office, store, boiler house and circulation areas.

The remedial works that require to be carried out at the above school consists of the stripping out, removal and proper disposal of the redundant general power, data, normal and emergency lighting, intruder alarm and fire alarm installations, including the redundant electrical switchgear. The existing power and control wiring in the existing heating centre shall be retained, including the existing Solar PV system.
