Radovi obuhvaćaju kompletnu izgradnju zgrade centra za specijalističku obuku ronilaca i aktivnosti spašavanja na vodi i pod vodom (S+P1+P2+1), tlocrtnih dimenzija 73,0 m x 30,0 m. Radovi također obuhvaćaju izgradnju Prometnih površina 3. i 4. dio (prema Glavnom projektu) i to izgradnju kolnih i pješačkih prometnih površina, vatrogasni pristup, parkirne površine, manipulativno dvorište za vozila u zoni zgrade B i C.
Čim se steknu uvjeti Naručitelj će raspisati javnu nabavu za izgradnju Zgrade C te će na istoj lokaciji biti istovremeno više izvođača pa Naručitelj očekuje međusobno usklađivanje.
