Scope overview
Rahmenvereinbarung über den Kauf von Kartoffelprodukten TK und die Belieferung der hochschulgastronomischen Einrichtungen in Regensburg, Passau, Deggendorf, Landshut, Straubing und Pfarrkirchen. Alle angebotenen Produkte müssen während der Vertragslaufzeit dauerhaft verfügbar und innerhalb von maximal 5 Arbeitstagen lieferbar sein. Einzige Ausnahme ist die Abkündigung eines Produktes durch den Hersteller.
In diesem Fall muss der Auftragnehmer unverzüglich und unaufgefordert einen vergleichbaren Ersatzartikel anbieten. Der Auftragnehmer gewährleistet eine tägliche Belieferung (Montag bis Freitag) der Dienststellen.
