Scope overview
Das Zweite Deutsche Fernsehen ZDF beabsichtigt eine einseitig verbindliche Rahmenvereinbarung zur Beschaffung von Servern des Herstellers Supermicro Computer mit maximal 5 Unternehmen abzuschließen, in welcher Preise (Maximalpreis) und Vertragsbedingungen festgeschrieben werden.
Die Abrufe erfolgen auf Grundlage von Einzelbestellungen mit Bezug auf die Konditionen der Rahmenvereinbarung nach erneutem Aufruf zum Wettbewerb (sog. Miniwettbewerbe) zwischen den Beteiligten der Rahmenvereinbarung, in welchem ein nochmaliger Preiswettbewerb erwartet wird. Über den Initialwettbewerb (Art und Umfang in den Vergabeunterlagen) besteht keinerlei Abnahmeverpflichtung des ZDF.
Die Ermittlung der Rahmenvereinbarungspartner erfolgt anhand der zum Submissionstermin eingereichten Maximalpreise.
